My selection of natural herbal bath and foot salts are now available at Botanic Health, Drumcondra and can also be ordered directly through me for Christmas. All Bath and Foots Salts come in 500g recycled jars and are blended with dried herbs/flowers (organic where possible).

Herbal Foot & Bath Salts 500g starting from 10.50 Euro

*Organic Lavender Bath Salts 500g 12.50 Euro – A versatile herbal bath blend beneficial for relaxation; insomnia; stress; anxiety; muscoskeletal, rheumatic and menstrual pain. With antiviral and bacteriacide properties it is of great support to the immune system especially where stress may also be a primary concern. Beneficial for skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, abscesses, burns, sunburn, and for wound healing.

*Organic Chamomile Bath Salts 500g 12.50 Euro – With organic flowers of chamomile this a soothing and comforting bath blend which has a calming effect on the mind, and aids sleep and relaxation. Anti-inflammatory and anti-spasmodic properties make it ideal for skin conditions (including chickenpox), hypersensitive skins, digestive discomfort (especially digestive spasms) and dull muscular pain.

*Rose Petal Bath Salts 500g 12.50 Euro – Nurturing and pampering with a beautiful scent of rose to lift the heart. Has a soothing effect on emotions particularly depression and grief, and also acts as a tonic for the reproductive system.

*Marigold Bath Salts 500g 10.50 Euro – The anti-inflammatory properties of marigold flowers are excellent for skin conditions, oily skin, allergic reactions, eczema, hemorrhoids, digestive discomfort, and healing stitches after child birth

*Peppermint Bath/Foot Salts 500g 10.50 Euro – Refreshing and cooling; beneficial for mental fatigue and headaches, excellent for digestive discomfort such as bloating and IBS. Can you be used in a footspa/footbath for tired, sore and hot feet. Can also be ordered as a blend with thyme to treat fungal toe infections

AromaBotanical Crafts

As an Aromatherapist, I am extremely aware of the many benefits of essential oils for clients, but essential oils have a wide range of benefits that extend way beyond the therapy room. Essential oils and herbs can be integrated into the home and used in a variety of ways from culinary, cleaning, first aid and personal care to name a few. In the correct balance nature’s remedies can provide a range of benefits without you experiencing the adverse effects of chemicals and other additives that can be in commercial products.

I make a selection of natural personal care products that are blended using essential oils, herbs and natural ingredients, using organic ingredients where possible. As a practicing aromatherapist and holistic health practitioner, I blend aromatherapy body and bath oils specific to the individual and her/his needs e.g. for stress management, anxiety, bereavement, insomnia etc. I also make a selection of herbal bath and foot salts to help with stress, sleep difficulties, back and muscular pain, chicken pox, foot fungal infections.

All my soap bases are organic and have a high glycerin, aloe vera and coconut oil content making them extremely suitable for sensitive and also problem skin conditions. All soaps are SLS free with a ph of 8-9. In addition, my soaps are blended with 100% essential oils and absolutely no fragrances or perfumes! This ensures that you not only get the true aroma of the oil in its natural state but also the therapeutic benefit for both body and mind.

Christmas Collection

This year I have a special collection of Christmas soaps in a selection of festive themes. All soaps are organic, SLS free and blended with 100% essential oils. Christmas Tree soaps are blended with essential oils of Pine or Rosemary to awaken and revitalise the senses. For those who feel the Winter chill, my Cinnamon & Orange Gingerbread men will guarantee a warming and indulgent comfort for those stiff joints! And for the little ones my Santa Socks and Winter Snowmen are blended with essential oil of Chamomile and organic Chamomile flowers to soothe and caress delicate skins. All my soaps come in a festive gift bag so that’s one other thing looked after!
